Witham (25 members) – Expanding market town (population 27,000) The church is situated behind the High Street. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a mixture of informal and traditional styles of worship. They have an organist & an occasional input from a family group of singers. Children’s Sunday Club runs fortnightly, and Children’s Bible Club for the wider community runs on alternate Saturdays, with 3 or 4-day holiday clubs as well. Churches Together in Witham is an active group. Welcoming premises are a well-used resource for a number of community groups and the local Food Bank.
